Transport Process
- Loading dates are announced in advance (Facebook, Instagram).
- The consignment must be prepared and weighed at least 2 days before the planned departure.
- Transport time usually does not exceed 5 days; in adverse ferry conditions it may be extended.
We are not a moving company – drivers help with loading and unloading within their capacity, further handling is agreed separately.

Bulky Cargo
For bulky cargo whose weight does not correspond to the occupied space, pricing is calculated by volume. Polystyrene insulation, chairs, mattresses – light but bulky cargo.
- The listed prices include fuel costs, ferry transport, and loading/unloading of the consignment, unless expressly stated otherwise.
- The final price depends on the weight, volume, nature of the consignment and selected transport date.
Transport from the Slovak Republic
- For customers from the Slovak Republic, we operate collection points in Bratislava and Sered (Galanta district).
- Consignments can be delivered in person or sent by courier service.
- Collection to the Czech depot is arranged by an external company (charged according to its tariff; the full amount will be provided after agreement).
- This system allows us to efficiently cover the entire Czech and Slovak Republics at minimal cost.
Packing and Customs Requirements
The Canary Islands are subject to a special tax regime. Therefore, each consignment must include a detailed list of transported items, including their approximate values for customs purposes.
- For personal belongings, neither customs duty nor tax is paid, but the list is mandatory.
- Courier consignments are repacked and relabeled due to customs control so that non-commercial goods are not mistaken for commercial goods by customs authorities.
Important Notice: Transport is intended exclusively for non-commercial goods that are your personal property or for your personal use and will not be resold. In the case of commercial goods, a complete customs procedure (DUTY / TAX) must be arranged.

Supplement - Prohibited Items and Substances
Transport of prohibited items and dangerous substances is not possible. In particular:
- weapons and ammunition
- explosives and pyrotechnics
- flammable gases, liquids and solids
- infectious and biologically hazardous materials
- radioactive material
- narcotic and psychotropic substances
- any other items and substances whose transport is prohibited by applicable legal regulations
All consignments are subject to inspection, and prohibited items or substances may be detected during customs control. If prohibited content is identified, the consignment will not be accepted for transport and may be detained or confiscated by the competent authorities. The sender bears full responsibility for all consequences, penalties, or damages arising from violation of these rules.
Important Information on Customs and Phytosanitary Restrictions (Tenerife)
When transporting goods to Tenerife, it is necessary to understand that although the Canary Islands are politically part of the European Union, they are considered a third country for customs, tax and phytosanitary regulations. For this reason, restrictions are much stricter than for transport to mainland Spain.
- Prohibited: soil, substrates, wild-growing plants
- Restricted: fruit, vegetables, seeds, cut flowers - require a phytosanitary certificate
- Exceptions: bananas, coconuts, dates, pineapple, durian
- meat and dairy products - generally prohibited or subject to certification
- fish - max. 20 kg or one gutted fish
- honey and eggs - approx. 2 kg per person
- Transport of ivory, rare woods, corals, shells, selected cacti and orchids, furs of exotic animals and products made from reptile skin without a certificate is prohibited.
- weapons and ammunition - Guardia Civil permit required
- medicines - personal use only, ideally with prescription
- counterfeit goods - criminal offense
- Cash of EUR 10,000 or more is subject to mandatory customs declaration.

Passenger Car Transport
We provide transport of passenger cars, motorcycles and jet skis from the Czech Republic to Tenerife, including land transport within the European Union and subsequent sea transport by ferry. Transport is arranged individually as a separate vehicle transport agreement.
The service includes land transport, sea transport, vehicle handling, fuel costs, ferry transport, and administrative procedures. The price does not include towing insurance within the European Union, which is arranged by the customer separately.
The vehicle transport price is set individually. Payment is made by bank transfer before the vehicle is taken over for transport.
The customer arranges EU towing insurance and is responsible for the vehicle technical roadworthiness (functional brakes, steering, wheels).
The takeover and handover date is set individually and may be extended due to force majeure, sea transport, or logistical constraints.
The vehicle is handed over on the basis of a handover protocol and must be free of personal belongings.
The carrier is liable for damage arising during transport unless caused by vehicle technical unfitness, force majeure, or hidden defects.

Payment Terms
Payment is made upon consignment acceptance at the depot in CZ or in Tenerife, after official weighing and photo/video documentation. Invoice is provided as standard.
